3. Poetry that is uploaded for plaque design must be original work. If you are using poetry that is not your own you must be able to provide written consent upon request. PlakYourPoem.com will not be responsible for losses or claims that result from your unauthorized use of copyrighted material.
4. PlakYourPoem.com may use your plaque designs for promotional purposes. At the authors request, names may be changed to conceal identities.
5. You may not use this website to send unsolicited email.
6. You may not remove copyrighted notices from plaques, images, or web pages.
7. PlakYourPoem.com may feature links to third party websites with text or images. These links may be on this site or in email communications. PoemsOnPlaques.com makes no representation of endorsement of these third party websites. PlakYourPoem.com will not reimburse or indemnify you for any losses that may occur as a result of any transactions with any third party website featured on this site or in its email communications.
8. Offensive content, including but not limited to hateful, defamatory or sexually explicit themes is prohibited. You are solely responsible for your actions while using this site. We do not regularly review the submissions on this site. We reserve the right to review uploads in order to ensure compliance with these terms. PlakYourPoem.com will not reimburse or indemnify you for any losses that may occur as a result of submissions by users of this site.
9. PlakYourPoem.com is not responsible for technical, hardware, software or network related failures of any kind. The service of this site is provided �as is� without warranties of any kind.
10. PlakYourPoem.com provides a 30 day no questions asked guarantee in the event that your plaque purchase fails to meet your expectation.  You will be refunded 100% of your purchase price. This guarantee does not apply to electronic goods such as PDFs.
11. PlakYourPoem.com may request that the plaque be returned in the event of a refund request. Return shipping costs will be paid by PlakYourPoem.com. PlakYourPoem.com can with hold the refund until the plaque is in its possession. PlakYourPoem.com reserves the right to use the returned plaque for promotional purposes.
